Our History
For over 50 years, Rock Creek Foundation (RCF) has been a trusted leader in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges.
Founded with a commitment to care, inclusion, and empowerment, RCF has grown from a small community-based organization into a recognized provider of residential, community, and behavioral health services.
