At The Rock Creek Foundation, we believe that having a disability and/or a mental illness should not prevent anyone from having the opportunity to participate in everyday life. That’s why our goal is to ensure that each person we serve can develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible, in their own communities and that they are able to realize their potential in ways that they could not do so before.
For over 50 years, Rock Creek Foundation (RCF) has been a trusted leader in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges. Founded with a commitment to care, inclusion, and empowerment, RCF has grown from a small, community-focused organization into a recognized provider of residential, community, and behavioral health services.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives while advocating for their rights and needs. Through compassionate care, innovative programs, and active advocacy, we strive to create opportunities for each person we serve to thrive in their community.
Throughout our history, we have remained guided by core values of respect, dignity, inclusion, and advocacy. Whether through direct support, skill-building programs, or policy initiatives, RCF continues to uphold a legacy of impact, ensuring that individuals with disabilities have the support, voice, and opportunities they deserve
