Mary Bosy

House Manager, DDA | 35 Years of Service

With an extraordinary 35 years at Rock Creek Foundation, Mary Bosy has been a cornerstone of our organization and a steadfast advocate for adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to earning her DSP II Certification, Mary has played a key role in peer-to-peer training and serves as a valued member of our Quality Assurance Standing Committee, helping strengthen the quality and consistency of services across RCF.

Mary says the greatest reward of being a DSP is helping individuals reach their goals and knowing that her care “makes a real difference” in their lives. Her dedication, expertise, and compassion have shaped countless successes throughout her remarkable career.

Nnamdi Achike

House Manager, DDA | 14 Years of Service

For 14 years, Nnamdi Achike has been a dedicated and compassionate member of the Rock Creek Foundation team. Throughout his journey, he has excelled in multiple roles and continues to thrive as a House Manager. Nnamdi holds his DSP II Certification and is known for his strong advocacy on behalf of both his colleagues and the individuals we support.

Earlier this year, he rallied at the State Capitol and attended Developmental Disabilities Day in Annapolis, meeting with state leaders to oppose budget cuts that would impact DDA-funded services.

Nnamdi shares that the best part of being a DSP is building meaningful, family-like relationships rooted in compassion, patience, and purpose. His leadership and commitment deeply enrich the RCF community.
